How It Works

For gaming machines, Stream devices connect via the serial port and communicate over BACTA (UK) or SAS (Worldwide) protocol.
Other types of equipment can be connected via meter or coin pulse lines.
The device is configured to connect to the WiFi at the location and connects to the stream service.

Pricing

Stream devices are purchased with no minimum quantity, then for each device on your account there is a monthly subscription charge for the service. This gives you access to our web and mobile apps and you can manage an unlimited number of devices, as well as add other users with their own log in.
